Autistic Masking & Camouflaging Test

How much effort goes into seeming "normal"?

Based on: Adapted from the Camouflaging Autistic Traits Questionnaire (CAT-Q). Especially relevant for late-diagnosed adults and women.

Masking is the effort of hiding or compensating for how you naturally are, to fit in socially. Answer how true each is for you. Nothing you enter is saved or linked to you.

This is a screening tool, not a diagnosis. Results are for self-reflection only. Only a licensed professional can diagnose a condition.
