Privacy Policy
Last updated 6 July 2026
Short version: your test answers never leave your device, we don't ask who you are, and we keep only an anonymous count of which tests get taken.
Who we are
This policy applies to Healthio+ (healthioplus.com). For any privacy question, contact help@healthioplus.com.
Your test answers stay on your device
When you take a test, your answers are scored entirely in your browser. They are never sent to us and are gone the moment you close or leave the page. We never receive them, so we could not share, sell, or expose them even if we wanted to.
We don't ask who you are
There is no account, no login, no email, no phone number, and no name. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing that identifies you.
What we do collect
- An anonymous completion tally. When a test is finished, we record only which test it was, a broad result band (for example “low” or “high”), which browser family was used (for example “Chrome” or “Safari”) so we can check the site works properly in it, and which site you arrived from (for example “google.com”, or “direct” if you typed the address in) so we know how people find us, and your approximate location — country and city only, worked out by our hosting provider and never more precise than that. This carries no answers and nothing that identifies you, and cannot be traced back to a person. We use it to see which tests are useful.
- An anonymous page count. When a page is opened, we record which page it was (for example the “quiet BPD” article), the date and time, and the same browser and referring-site information described above. It is a counter, not a trail: we do not link page views to each other, to a test result, or to a visitor, so there is no way to reconstruct what any one person looked at. We use it to see which articles and tests people actually read.
- Basic technical logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider may briefly process technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to serve pages and protect against abuse. We do not use this to identify you or build a profile.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies / local storage to make the site work and to remember your cookie choice. With your consent, our advertising partners may also set cookies (see below). You can accept or decline non-essential cookies using the banner, and change your mind by clearing your browser storage for this site.
Advertising
Advertising is currently switched off. Healthio+ shows no ads, loads no ad-network code, and sets no advertising cookies. The rest of this section describes what would apply if we turn advertising back on — it is kept here so you can see in advance exactly what that would involve.
When enabled, Healthio+ is supported by advertising, served through a third-party ad network, Adsterra. Adsterra and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, and any data they collect is governed by their own privacy policy, which we don't control. Your test answers are scored on your device and are never shared with advertisers. You can read Adsterra's privacy practices at adsterra.com/privacy-policy.
Third parties we rely on
- Vercel — hosts and serves the website.
- Supabase — stores the anonymous completion tally described above.
- Adsterra — our third-party ad network. Currently not in use: no Adsterra code loads on the site.
Children
Healthio+ is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will address it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act), you may have rights over personal data. Because we do not collect accounts, names, or your answers, we usually hold no personal data of yours to access or delete — but you can always reach us with any request at help@healthioplus.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
