Why we exist
Understanding yourself shouldn't cost money, require an account, or mean handing over your most personal answers to a company. A lot of the self-assessment tools online are clunky, buried behind clinical jargon, or built to collect your data. Healthio+ is our attempt at the opposite: clean, modern, genuinely useful tests that respect you and your privacy.
Built on real frameworks
Our tests are adapted from established, widely used questionnaires and frameworks — the kind researchers and clinicians reference — rather than made-up “personality quiz” questions. Every result is framed as a screening tool for reflection, not a diagnosis, and points you toward a qualified professional when that's the right next step.
Private by design
Your answers are scored right in your browserand are never sent to us or saved anywhere. There's no signup, no email, and nothing that identifies you. We keep only an anonymous count of which tests are taken — never who took them or how they answered. It's privacy built into the architecture, not just promised in a policy.
How it stays free
Healthio+ is supported by advertising. That's what lets us keep every test completely free with no paywall. For sensitive topics we use contextual ads (matched to the page) rather than ads based on a personal profile of you.
An honest limit
Healthio+ is a starting point for self-understanding, not a replacement for professional care. No online test can diagnose you. If something you read here resonates, we'd gently encourage you to talk with a doctor or mental-health professional.
