1. What Healthio+ is (and isn't)

Healthio+ provides free, educational self-assessment screening tools for reflection and self-understanding. The tests are adapted from publicly available questionnaires and frameworks. They are not a medical diagnosis, not medical or psychological advice, and not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Using Healthio+ does not create a doctor– or therapist–patient relationship.

2. Not for emergencies

Healthio+ is not designed for crisis situations. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately — in the US call or text 988; in India call 14416 (Tele-MANAS). See our Medical Disclaimer for more.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years oldto use Healthio+. It is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please use the site only with a parent or guardian's involvement.

4. Acceptable use

• Use the site for your own personal, non-commercial self-reflection.
• Don't scrape, copy, resell, or republish the tests or content without permission.
• Don't attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security, or interfere with the ads that keep it free.

5. No warranties

Healthio+ is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that results are accurate, complete, or suitable for your situation — screening tools can produce false positives and false negatives. Any action you take based on a result is your own responsibility.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Healthio+ and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its results. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions about your health.

7. Advertising & third-party links

The site is supported by advertising, and may link to third-party sites or services. We don't control and aren't responsible for third-party content, products, or privacy practices. For sensitive topics we use contextual advertising rather than ads based on a personal profile of you. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The Healthio+ name, design, and original wording are ours. The underlying instruments are adapted from publicly available or public-domain sources and are used for non-clinical, educational self-report.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
